By accessing and using the ABA4KIDS website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
ABA4KIDS provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for individuals with autism in South Florida. Services are subject to insurance verification, clinical assessment, and authorization approval.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
- Services are available to residents in our service areas (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties)
- Insurance coverage must be verified before services begin
- Clinical assessment and treatment authorization may be required
- Start dates may vary based on availability and authorization timelines
4. Insurance and Payment
We work with major insurance plans to provide coverage for ABA therapy services. Coverage varies by plan, and authorization may be required. Families are responsible for applicable copays, deductibles, and any services not covered by insurance.
We do not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement. Benefits are subject to verification and plan terms.
5. Clinical Disclaimer
ABA4KIDS does not guarantee specific outcomes or cures. Individual results vary based on many factors. Treatment plans are individualized and require clinical assessment by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges not covered by insurance.
7. Confidentiality and HIPAA
We maintain strict confidentiality of all health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we protect and use your information.
8. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during enrollment and intake
- Maintain a safe environment for in-home therapy sessions
- Communicate scheduling changes or concerns promptly
- Participate in recommended parent coaching and training
- Provide required documentation for insurance billing
9. Professional Conduct
All ABA4KIDS staff are expected to maintain professional standards of conduct. If you have concerns about therapist behavior or session quality, please contact our clinical team immediately.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. ABA4KIDS reserves the right to discontinue services if:
- Insurance authorization is not obtained or maintained
- Payment obligations are not met
- Safe working conditions cannot be maintained
- Clinical progress indicates alternative services may be more appropriate
11. Limitation of Liability
ABA4KIDS and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
12. Website Use

13. Changes to Terms
