We're hiring for the following roles across South Florida.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-time • South Florida
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBT therapy teams
- Collaborate with families and coordinate care
- Maintain clinical documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Florida licensure or eligibility
- Experience with in-home ABA preferred
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full-time / Part-time • South Florida
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Build rapport with children and families
- Communicate progress and concerns to BCBA
- Participate in team meetings and training
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits
- Passion for working with children with autism
