We're hiring for the following roles across South Florida.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-time • South Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise RBT therapy teams
  • Collaborate with families and coordinate care
  • Maintain clinical documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Florida licensure or eligibility
  • Experience with in-home ABA preferred

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Full-time / Part-time • South Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Build rapport with children and families
  • Communicate progress and concerns to BCBA
  • Participate in team meetings and training

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits
  • Passion for working with children with autism
